2009 is almost over, a little reflection on this ‘aging’ old year…
Firstly, Thank You for all your support… from Clients to Friends, to shooting buddies, it was a great year. And super thanks to those who refer their friends to my service, too.
Feel free to call me for coffee or chat…
Due to time limitation, I regret not able to take up all the requests and I hope we will have a chance to work together in the future… perhaps your son or daughter’s full moon party
Thanks to my photo buddies who have helped me in many occasions, sometimes even stand in for me at last minute request and no complain, I love you all
To all the newly weds in 2009, I wish you “living happily ever after” with your loved one.
Thanks to my family, especially my mom and wife, who took care of Yee Qian full time at home while I am full time outside shooting for the sake of diapers, milk powder, toys, clothes, … … …

This is the first wedding dinner for me in the month of November after i have rest for a month for being a babysitter. A simple wedding by this lovely couple “eric + Catherine” at Moral Uplifting, and a gathering of friends and family to celebrate the beginnings of a new marriage!

It was a fun day with Chong and Min together with my gang ~ T2, Jack, Hayashi … and myself.
Chong and Min wanted to have something simple and natural, it was a cloudy day, but the weather was fine at Batu Ferringhi. Since I am getting bored of posting photos here, I now just shot a few snaps from the photobook, have a look

Poladroid, I like it !
Thanks to hooikeat …. who introduced me to this nice little apps called Poladroid Image Maker . It made the photo into a polaroid format with its own processing. It is quite refreshing for the computer to decide the crop angle, colour and contrast.. an all refreshing look at my own photos from another person’s view.
This is not a new thing to many, but it is certainly the first for me to try, have fun

Last weekend we had a wonderful trip to Alor Setar. This was the weekend before my daughter was born.
I have to say, this is one of the most “enjoyable” assignments I have ever had. Firstly, thanks to Hong Yet, the ever kind and very considerate groom, who booked me over one year ago, gave me a room the night before and the night after the wedding…. oh my god… THANK YOU so so much ~~~
The handsome groom is the best baker in town He made his own wedding cake, and we also had the chance to taste the best cream puff I ever had in my life !! Pey Chyi, you will be enjoying more and more and more cookies and cakes for the rest of you life… haa haa.
oh…yah, thanks for the red wine and a dozen of yummy cream puff, we had it on the way when we drove back to Penang…kakaka!

back to 20th centuries…
This time is the master T2, the great photography guru from Penang, the founder of Rojakstudio.com, the craziest of the crazies, the wackiest of the wackies, the MAN of all “manhunt”…aehm….aehm…
Finally, his time is up, we moan for the loss of his single status, whilst congratulating the beautiful Elaine for being the luckiest, capable and super tolerable (ahemm….towards T2) woman who managed to caught this genius for life sentence
with T2, the shoot was miraculously unordinary…michael jackson, gene kelly, The GodFather mafia boss, Thriller, Singing in the rain, the 90s, the 50s, the 20s… all happened at the Eastern and Oriental Hotel, Penang. Just like Cognac XO, time is the essence… which is the theme I use in this series for my photo buddy T2.
Shooting a photographer’s pre-wedding photos, with only one rule, which is NO RULE. This is what we photographers dream of, where creativity has no limit…with buddies like Bonus/Toshio, Fumi, Jack, Hayashi, Angela … it was fun and it was crazy… as usual
Terence and Elaine, I wish you two to live happily ever after… and yeah, T2, no more leng lui TT for you ya… please stay at home and TT Elaine can liao ya…wakakaka

Another happy and jovial couple + the cheerful hengtai & Jimui, most of them are my juniors from high school. I love their smiling throughout the whole event and it was really a pleasure to be part of this happy moment.
