back to 20th centuries…
This time is the master T2, the great photography guru from Penang, the founder of Rojakstudio.com, the craziest of the crazies, the wackiest of the wackies, the MAN of all “manhunt”…aehm….aehm…
Finally, his time is up, we moan for the loss of his single status, whilst congratulating the beautiful Elaine for being the luckiest, capable and super tolerable (ahemm….towards T2) woman who managed to caught this genius for life sentence 
with T2, the shoot was miraculously unordinary…michael jackson, gene kelly, The GodFather mafia boss, Thriller, Singing in the rain, the 90s, the 50s, the 20s… all happened at the Eastern and Oriental Hotel, Penang. Just like Cognac XO, time is the essence… which is the theme I use in this series for my photo buddy T2.
Shooting a photographer’s pre-wedding photos, with only one rule, which is NO RULE. This is what we photographers dream of, where creativity has no limit…with buddies like Bonus/Toshio, Fumi, Jack, Hayashi, Angela … it was fun and it was crazy… as usual

One fine day, Kevin & Julie, my ex-colleagues, popped up at my door all dressed up.
I was surprised.
They asked me to shoot a set of photos for them….FAST FAST FAST….
I was still blur blur at the time, WHAT WHAT WHAT….
“Cepat cepat… nanti kena return itu gown lah”
Ohhhhh……………OK OK
So I grab my gears, go downstair, and we made these in 1 hour…
It was only after the photo session, I realized it was the first time I shoot Malay couple in a modern traditional costume, some more with a KERIS….

KheeLiam * ChinChwen

First of all….I must thank KheeLiam & ChinChwen for driving all the way from Alor Star just to have their pre-wedding shoot in Penang! Big thanks to Angela (makeup + hairdo artist), Jack and Hayashi for joining in, I love the teamwork!… Although it was a tiring trip for the couple… but we really enjoyed it! oh…ya, and thank god for the wonderful “Hawaii sun light” again!
A little bit about the couple…KheeLiam contacted me through email asking me to be their cameraman for their pre-wedding shoot few months ago, without any second thought, i said “OK”…. because he is my best friend’s brother in law ~~~

Teetoo * Elaine

Wow…first time the uncle “Teetoo” become ‘talent’ in a shoot. Together with all “siao kia” ~ g3k, fumi, toshio, jack and ckvin…we did this very special couple shooting for this “old man”. This round we have a pro lighting master busy helping us to set up the lighting under the bright sun…99% of the shot done by strobing. ok enough talk, lets enjoy the photos. May the photos bring a lot of happiness to the lovely couple.

Last Week, got a call from Hayahsi to help Angela (makeup artist) photograph for her new arrival wedding gown, so without thinking much i jumped upon the chance upon invitation. One Friday morning, me and a few of my buddies, T2 & Jack, did a simple shoot with the lovely couple “Foress + Dennie” at Georgetown, Penang.
They contacted me a month before their actual day and arranged to have a special session for their couple shoot. Me and my buddies, we had a wonderful time shooting with the couple.

Vick & Komathi

I have always wanted to do a wedding or pre-wedding shooting for an Indian couple….just that i haven’t had the chance…. a few months back, Komathi contacted me through email asking for a prewedding package, without any second thoughts, i contacted my photo buddy “t2” and grabbed this opportunity.
Since this is my first time to do a shoot for an Indian couple, naturally i needed to do a lot of research, visited a lot sites…..we really enjoyed the shooting session and do hope that the couple especially Vick, who made a special trip from KL, enjoyed and had fun as well!

The shooting was done in June this year, as promise…i can only post this album after the big day of the couple. Well…this is a relaxing trip cos everything has been well arranged by the couple who is currently working in Shanghai and Singapore.
About 3 months in the planning, we finally met for the first time in the shooting location of the exotic Langkawi Island. All in all, it had been a special and fun experience for us. And here are some of the photos to share with all of you.
